Age 89, passed away peacefully Sunday, February 26, 2017 at Socorro Good Samaritan. She was born in Cincinnati, OH on April 16, 1927 to Raymond and Leona Riechling Bickett. Cecilia worked as Head Nurse in the newborn nursery and worked on the Pediatric Unit at Anna Kaseman when they first opened. She went on to receive her Nurse Practitioners License. She was the first Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in New Mexico, and worked for Pediatric Associates in Albuquerque until retirement in 1989 and moved to Mountainair, NM. Cecilia has been a resident of Socorro since 2012. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Mary Louise Huseman and Ernestine Didier; and brother in laws, Charles Noeth, Johnny Faeth, Richard Huseman and Felix Didier. Cecilia is survived by her sisters, Margarite Noeth and Adele Faeth; and Power of Attorney, Cindy Brannon. As per Cecilia's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at 4:00 pm at the Good Samaritan Society, 1203 Hwy 60 W., Socorro.
