On September 6, 2016 Frank J. Ulibarri was released from his pain and entered heaven to join his son Michael. Frank was a husband, dad and a wonderful grandfather to Alexis, Jeremy, Thomas, Stephanie and Maddie. He loved his family. He enjoyed spending time with his brothers and uncles. He helped neighbors and loved feeding people. Frank never met a stranger. Frank accomplished so much at a young age. He met the love of his life, Lola at age 13. Frank and Lola eventually married on November 27, 1971 and raised 4 children. Frank proudly served in the U.S.Army, and was a fireman, an emergency medical technician, municipal judge and retired as a general contractor. Even in retirement Frank could not sit still he continued to pursue his education attending Ashford University and remained on the dean's list. He enjoyed fishing, camping, gambling and cooking. Frank will be loved and missed forever. Frank is survived by his wife of 44 years, Bahola "Lola" (Hernandez) Ulibarri; children, Valerie Ulibarri Starks (Steve), Frank Ulibarri (Anna), Alicia Delos Santos (Jeremy); mother, Lydia Ulibarri; 5 grandchildren; 9 brothers; 5 sisters; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral Service will be held Friday, September 9, 2016 at 12:00pm at Daniels Family Funeral Services Sara Rd. Chapel. Interment will be held at 1:00pm at Vista Verde Memorial Park, 4310 Sara Rd.
