Jarvis, Juliana Helena
Born February 16, 1925 to Elias and Florencia Apodaca in Trinchera, Colorado. She entered into her eternal rest on Wednesday, July 29, 2015. Juliana was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother who moved to Albuquerque 63 years ago. She was a member of Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church where she proudly served as a substitute teacher at OLA School. Juliana also held the position of Treasurer for the St. Vincent de Paul Society spanning a 20 year period. She also volunteered for the Republican Party. She worked numerous years for the Social Security Administration Office (Albuquerque). Juliana was a graduate of Clayton High School in Clayton, NM. Juliana was a devoted wife to William “Bill” Jarvis for 56 years who entered his eternal resting place in 2009. She is survived by her sister, Florence Apodaca. She was the mother of eight children, William T. Jarvis II "Tom" wife Christine, Anthony C. Jarvis "Tony", Michael A. Jarvis "Mike" wife Dawna, Constance Grossman husband Gary, Donna Torres husband Isaac, Kevin Jarvis wife Luwanda, Phillip Jarvis wife Carol; grandmother to 19 grandchildren, William T. Jarvis III, Robyn Manley, Kristin Jarvis, Katie Jarvis, Jordan Gonzalez, Michael A. Jarvis II, April Daniel, Joseph Grossman, Gary Grossman, Andrew Grossman, Michelle Gonzalez, Jessica Torres, Michael Haynes, Cynthia Simmons, Alexander Jarvis, Melissa Jarvis, Nathaniel Jarvis, Andrea Sullivan, P. Steven Jarvis II; great-grandmother of 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill; daughter, Sandy Haynes; six other brothers and sisters. Juliana will forever be loved and missed by her family and friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 3, 2015, at 6:00 pm at Daniels Family Funeral Services - Wyoming Chapel, 7601 Wyoming Blvd NE. Rosary to be recited on Monday, August 3, 2015, at 7:00 pm at Wyoming Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 4, 2015, at 10:00 am at Risen Savior Catholic Community, 7701 Wyoming Blvd NE. Interment to follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 2:15 pm.
