Age 73, passed away Monday, August 24, 2015 in Socorro, NM. She was born in Mountainair, NM on January 10, 1942, to Jose and Benaranda Lopez Romero. Katie was very devoted to her family and a hard working woman all of her life. She enjoyed fishing and camping and loved to sing and dance. Her husband of 47 years, Robert was in the military for many years and they lived in many different locations including Germany for several years. Katie will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her. Katie was preceded in death by her mother. Katie is survived by husband, Robert Reinisch, father, Jose Maria Romero; sons, Ricky Reinisch and Joey Reinisch; daughter, Mary (Joseph) Torres; granddaughters, Rebecca Reinisch, Raenne Reinisch, and Christina Reinisch; sister, Margie (Bobby) Sanchez, and Ester (Manuel) Torres; brother, Joe (Ginger) Romero; and sister-in-law, Beverly Rogalla.
