Peter Vandendriessche

Peter Vandendriessche, 52, of Aztec, died on Sunday, Sept. 11, 2011, in Farmington. He was born May 4, 1959, in Brugge (Bruges), Belgium, to Jacques Vandendriessche and Lily Van Acker. Peter loved NASCAR, especially his favorite driver, Jimmie Johnson. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lily Van Acker. Peter is survived by his wife, Sandy Vandendriessche; son, Donny Stock; father, Jacques Vandendriessche; Mr. and Mrs. Marc Wimmer (Brigitte De Vos), Mr. and Mrs. Thierry Miny (Charlotte De Vos), Mr. and Mrs. Andre Vandendriessche, Mr. and Mrs. Gerard Elsmoortel (Jacqueline Vandendriessche), all of Belgium; and four grandchildren, Gavin Stock, Haylee Gilpin, Emmaleigh McNamara and Abbigayle McNamara. Brother Bob Schlauger will be officiating. Interment will be at Aztec Cemetery. Pallbearers are Donny Stock, Howard Cooper Jr., Richard Baldwin, Jesse Baldwin, Ricky Baldwin and B. Baldwin.
