Adela S Maldonado

MALDONADO - Adela S. Maldonado, 91, passed away Sunday, January 2, 2011 in Albuquerque, NM. She was born on January 14, 1919 in Socorro, NM to Ambrosio and Maria (Ramirez) Sanchez. Adela is survived by her devoted children, Narcico Maldonado and wife, Rosella; Christina Albeldano; Selso Maldonado and wife Priscilla; Mickey Maldonado and wife Ruth; Mary Gutierrez and husband, Joe; Marcella Maldonado; William Maldonado; Gloria Gonzales; Lila Maldonado; and Benji Maldonado and wife, Geraldine; 60 grandchildren; 133 great grandchildren; 52 great great grandchildren; one brother, Alfredo Sanchez; and many nieces and nephews. She was a lifelong resident of Socorro and a member of San Miguel Catholic Church. Adela was preceded in death by her parents, her daughters, Delfina Torres; and Tommie Maldonado; her sons, Ernest Maldonado; Raymond Maldonado; and Ernesto Maldonado; her twins, Francisco and Francisca Maldonado; 3 Sisters; and 1 Brother. A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at 6pm at San Miguel Catholic Church followed by the Rosary which will be recited at 7pm. A Communion Mass will be celebrated Thursday, January 6, 2011 at 10am with Deacon Nick Keller officiating. Interment will be held at San Miguel Catholic Church at a later date. Pallbearers are Daniel Torres, Peter Gutierrez, Patrick Maldonado, Jessie Pacheco, Richie Chavez, and Andrew Maldonado. Honorary Pallbearers are Dennis Maldonado, Robbie Maldonado, Evangel Maldonado, Michael Maldonado, and Jeffery Maldonado.
