Age 16, our son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend, was called home to our Heavenly Father on Thursday, April 5, 2012. Adrian was born on October 25, 1995 to Adrian Gilbert and Camille (Arellano) Garcia, Sr. in Santa Fe, NM. He was currently a sophomore at Cleveland High School and excelled at football and track. His athletic accomplishments can only be outweighed by his kindness and generosity to others. Adrian was always very willing to help somebody out and very respectful to others. His favorite teams were the Cleveland Storm, Chicago Bears and Chicago Bulls. He, also enjoyed hunting, fishing, weightlifting, music and dancing. Adrian's smile and sense of humor will be greatly missed. Adrian was preceded in death by his grandfather, Fermin Arellano, and uncle, Louis Arellano. He is survived by his loving parents, Adrian and Camille Garcia of Rio Rancho, NM; sisters, Analyssa and Devon, of Rio Rancho, NM; grandparents, Judy Garcia, Gilbert Garcia, and Josie Arellano; aunts and uncles, Audrey and Juan Alvarado, Paul and Joyce Arellano, Priscilla and Rick Kilkenny, Mark and Jeanette Arellano, Frank Arellano, Daniel Arellano, Theresa and Tommy Garcia, Elaine Valdez, Joe Arellano and companion, Eilani Gerstner, Ernest Arellano and companion, Sharon McClain, and JoAnn Arellano; many cousins and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 PM on Monday, April 9, 2012, at V. Sue Cleveland High School - Concert Hall, at 4800 Laban Road NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The Rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at the Church of the Incarnation, 2309 Monterrey Road NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The Celebration of the Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, also at the Church of the Incarnation, 2309 Monterrey Road NE, Rio Rancho, NM. Interment will follow at Vista Verde Memorial Park, Rio Rancho, NM. Pallbearers will be Nathaniel Garcia, Tomas Garcia, Bo Monroe, Jacob Gamboa, Stephen Montoya, and Jake Joseph. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jeremiah Gamboa, Joseph Martinez, Devin Melendrez, Colton Taylor, Ryan Garcia, Chris Gonzales, and Jeremiah Martinez.
