Aggie Padilla

Padilla, Aggie Age 70, passed away Friday, January 3, 2014 at her home in Socorro surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Socorro, NM on March 23, 1943, to Felipe and Flora Montano Jojola. Aggie was a woman of strong faith. She loved her family and was always willing to help someone when they needed help. She was a hard worker and she worked at Eagle Pitcher in Socorro for 16 years. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jesus Padilla; son, Daniel Padilla; sister, Rufina Flores; and brother, Santiago Jojola. Aggie is survived by daughters, Melissa Pino and Louisa Barnett; brothers; Mike Jojola and wife, Mary and Arthur Jojola and wife, Grace; sisters, Rose Baca, Ida Baca and husband, Richard, Betty Valles and husband, Jerry; sister-in-law, Bea Jojola; her grandsons, Michael Barnett and David Jesus Pino; and her 4 pet dogs. Rosary to be recited on Tuesday, January 7, 2014, at 10:30 am at San Miguel Catholic Church, 403 El Camino Real, Socorro with the celebration of the Mass of Resurrection to follow at 11:00 am. Father Andrew Pavlak as Celebrant. Burial will take place at San Miguel Catholic Cemetery following services. Pallbearers will be Mike Jojola, Michael Barnett, Mike Jojola Jr., Jose Flores Jr., Joe Flores, Jerry Valles. Honorary pallbearers are Arthur Jojola, Steve Jojola, Twinkle Zamora, Annabelle Gonzales, Albert Flores and Grace Jojola.
