Albert Gallegos, age 64 went to be with our Lord on February 4, 2015. He was born on February 19, 1950 in Carrizozo, NM to Luciano Gallegos and Juanita Pacheco. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Carlos, Luciano Jr.; sisters, Josephine and Pilar. He passed on to be with his family in heaven. He worked for the City of Albuquerque for 30 years. Along with, SP4 Gallegos Services in Vietnam 1968-1969 where he received the Bronze Star and Army commendation medals. He leaves behind his wife, Mary Margaret; daughters, Andrea Gallegos, January Gallegos, and Natalie Chavez and husband Zack; son, Michael Gallegos; granddaughter, Aubri Chavez; brothers, Tingo, Frank, Faustino, Willie; sisters, Sophia, Lucy, Helen, Becky, Pauline; nieces, nephews, cousins, sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, extended family and many friends that were considered family. He was loved by all who knew him. His loving heart will be missed. He fought a valiant fight in God's loving arms. A Rosary will be held Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at 8:00am at Our Lady of the Annunciation Church at 2532 Vermont NE Albuquerque, NM 87110.
