Willeto, Alfred
Age 73, passed away Monday, May 17, 2021. He was born January 31, 1948 was born in Albuquerque, NM to Jim Werito and Frances Chavez. He was preceded in death by his son, Dewayne Willeto and his sister, Julia Martin. He is survived by his wife of 50 years Martha Willeto of Albuquerque; his son, Brian Willeto of Albuquerque; two grandchildren; brothers and sisters: Tom Willeto Sr., Joe Willeto, Minnie Platero, Betsy Abe, Annie Collins, Flora Willeto, Virginia Willeto, Betty Thomas, Julia Martine.

He attended Canoncito Boarding School, Albuquerque Indian School; he worked for a meat packing company and he also worked for a highway and drain construction company as a pipe layer. His interests included: basketball city leagues; working on classic cars and trucks; attending car shows; always making small projects, and deer hunting.

He was a member of Legacy Church; attended family church tent revivals; also he was a strong believer in the Bible.

He was a hard worker and a very loving, caring family man.

There will be a Visitation Tuesday, May 25, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Service at 10:00 a.m. at Daniels Family Funeral Services, 3113 Carlisle Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM. Interment will be at 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 25, 2021, at Valley View Family Cemetery, Tohajiilee, NM. Pallbearers will be: Gary Jaramillo, Luke Luarkie, Wesly Willeto, Tom Willeto Jr., Jerome Platero, Richard Tom Jr. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Jimmy Secatero, Calvin Charley, Troy Willeto, Tyrone Willeto.
