Alice A. Kelley

Alice A. Kelley, age 100, of Albuquerque, New Mexico passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on December 19, 2023. She is survived by several children, along with many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Alice moved to Albuquerque in 1999 from Dane, WI. She was a remarkably strong and independent woman who loved to travel, enjoyed crocheting, working 1000 piece puzzles, circle the word puzzles and coloring in her coloring books. Alice loved to bake, read, ate chocolate daily, and lived independently until the time of her death with a little help from her family and neighbors. In fact, she still drove her car (but only to the grocery store early on Sunday mornings) until she was almost 99 years old. Alice celebrated her 100th birthday just two weeks earlier with many family members and friends, several of whom came from out of state to be there with her. She was thrilled with the turnout and thoroughly enjoyed visiting with everyone. Alice requested there be no funeral services or special announcements when she passed away. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
