Alicia Trujillo

TRUJILLO- Alicia Trujillo, age 80, beloved and devoted mother and grandmother, was called to her heavenly home by the Lord our Savior, Friday, November 5, 2010, while surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Monterrey, Mexico and was a resident of Albuquerque. Alicia was an excellent cook and enjoyed cooking for family gatherings. She was preceded in death by her husband Humberto “Bob” Trujillo; and daughter Susy Guzman. Alicia is survived by her loving children, Bobby Trujillo and wife Sandra, Patsy Guzman, and Ruth Salazar; her precious grandchildren, Rudy Guzman, Charles Salazar, Veronica Guzman, Marissa Trujillo, Salvador “Chavin” Guzman, Dominic Trujillo, Susan Guzman, Desiree Otero, and Kristin Guzman; and ten great-grandchildren. Alicia will be greatly missed by her loving family and by those whose hearts she touched. Visitations will be Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Chapel of The Angels-Garcia Mortuary, on 8th and Iron SW, where a Rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. at St. Josephs On The Rio Grande Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Casket Bearers will be Rudy Guzman, Charles Salazar, Chavin Guzman, Dominic Trujillo, Tom Sena and Robert Gonzales.
