Alma Holmes Irvin Walsh

Alma Holmes Irvin Walsh of Farmington, passed away peacefully Monday, Dec. 7, 2009. Alma was born on May 4, 1918, to Pearl Rogers Holmes and Charles Andrew Holmes of Manassa, Colo. Alma was preceded in death by her parents; eight brothers and three sisters; her first husband and father of her children, Woodrow W. Irvin; her second husband, Oscar L. Walsh; and her eldest son, Larry W. Irvin. Surviving her are her five children, Jean (Lavoy) McGee , JoAnn (Bill) Saxton of Oklahoma, Richard (Sharlett) of Mesa, Ariz., Robert (Christy) of Aztec and Sammy (Pat) of St. George, Utah; 28 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
