Amanda Jean Sanchez

Amanda Jean Sanchez passed away on May 10, 2021 in Albuquerque, New Mexico at the age of 34.

Amanda is survived by her husband, Jerome Sanchez of New Mexico; daughters Sierra Romero and Alyssa Romero of New Mexico; sister Karen Schmidlap and mother Sharon Brown of New Mexico and nieces and nephews.

Amanda was born on October 1, 1986 in El Paso, Texas to Rocky and Sharon Brown. Amanda graduated from University of Phoenix with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Human Services.  She had strong desire to help people and had a career in counseling for those suffering from addiction.  She enjoyed all types of crafts and jigsaw puzzles, and created various projects with her daughters and for family members. She loved baking, especially pineapple upside down cake, and she loved to shop!
