Andrew Jackson Bud"" Hopkins

HOPKINS- Andrew Jackson "Bud" Hopkins, born in Lisbon, North Dakota on December 31, 1926, a 50 year resident of Albuquerque, passed away peacefully at home Wednesday, October 15th, with his family by his side. He was a loving family man and successful, hard working business owner. He was preceded in death by son, Michael E. Hopkins; parents, Willard L. Hopkins and Alice Carlson Hopkins; brothers, Charlie and Merlyn L. Hopkins; and sister, Eleanor Bucher. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Vonna L. Hopkins; daughter, Jane A. Cordova and husband, Ron; son, Willard A. Hopkins; son, Barry A. Hopkins and wife, Sandy; daughter, Valerie L. Perez and husband, Andres; and special cousin Betty Lou Melroe who was like a sister and many other special relatives and friends; granddaughters, Meghann Mouyianis, Candice Padilla, husband, Doug; great granddaughter, Ellie; Maddie Hopkins, Kristyn Cordova, Melissa Perez, and Leah Hopkins; great-granddaughters, Rylee and Raegann. Grandsons who will be the pallbearers, Ryan and Alec Hopkins, Christopher Cordova, Matthew, Dominic and Nicholas Perez and Thomas Hopkins. Services have been entrusted to:
