Angie Ulibarri

Angie Ulibarri passed away on Friday May 20, 2022, surrounded by her family.  Angie was born on March 8, 1946, in Socorro, New Mexico to Estanislado and Filomena Padilla Montano. Angie was the youngest of 16 children.  She loved crocheting blankets for her family and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She also loved making people laugh by telling clean and dirty jokes.

Angie is survived by her daughters: Roberta Gonzales, Linda Lucero (Michael), Lorraine Henderson (Mathew Zamora), and Renee Lopez, foster Daughter Jeanette Sales.  Grandchildren: Jake, Kristen, Jason, Christopher, Kyle, Quienten, Steven, Cody Tori, and Ryan.  Great Grandchildren: Kamalani, Halia Aloha, Kameananui, Mohala, Graciella, Daylon, Breanne, Haley, Jaylen, Ember, Kassidy, Jameson, Karina, Sonora, Lea, Orlando, Noah, and Kaden.  And loving family member and caretaker Sherylyn Padilla.

She was preceded in death by her husband Abe Ulibarri, 16 brothers and sisters: Tilie Padilla, Frances Tafoya, Terry Quintana, Rosie Mary Trujillo, Anna Bullard, Joe Sedillo, Artuo Montano, Leance Montano, and Fidel Tafoya to name a few, and her foster son Lorenzo Castillo.
