Anita Katherine Mesich

MESICH -- Anita Katherine Mesich was born June 18, 1920 in Wilmington Delaware. She passed away February 9, 2010 in Albuquerque, NM, after battling leukemia and suffering a stroke. She was 89 years old. She was the only surviving member of her family and leaves behind many friends, far and wide, that love her very much. Her father, Walter Groll and mother, Edna Cook, preceded her in death. "Nita" was a self employed artist and loved painting, needle work and crafts. Her passions included playing bingo, selling her art work at local craft shows and her loyal companion "Bootsie" the cat. She had a fun loving personality and loved being with her friends.
