Anna Paulette Gwinn

ANNA PAULETTE GWINN, 51 a lifelong resident of Bloomfield passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at her home. Anna was born July 6, 1958 in Cortez, Colorado the daughter of Kayo Saiz and Caroline Lee (Shay) Saiz. Anna met and married Terry Gwinn in 1977 in Farmington and they were married for 32 years. She was employed by the City of Bloomfield for 16 years. Anna was an active member in the Chamber of Commerce in Bloomfield. She loved sewing, boating, 4-wheeling, Harley rides, working with others. Anna loved being with her family. She always deserved the "mother of the year" award. Anna will be greatly missed by all her co-workers, friends and especially her family. We love you Mom! Anna is survived by her husband Terry Gwinn; daughters Teri McCune and husband Robert and Shana Salazar and husband Phillip; father Kayo Saiz; sisters Susan Wilson, Rita Brazfield and husband Albert and Yvette Saiz-Slayton and husband Lang; brother-in-law Dwayne Gwinn and wife Deborah and and sister-in-law Debbie Gray and many dear friends. Anna was preceded in death by her mother Caroline Saiz and mother-in-law Faye Gwinn Honorary pallbearers are sons-in-law Robert McCune and Phillip Salazar, nephews Travis Gwinn and Shawn Shay and husband Terry Gwinn and all of the employees and friends of City of Bloomfield Parks and Recreation. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in Anna's memory to the Bloomfield Parks and Recreation Department, 510 W. Sycamore, Bloomfield, NM 87413.
