Antonina Mary Jaramillo

Antonina 'Toni' (Valdez) Jaramillo, 63, of Bloomfield passed away Thursday, November 13, 2008 after a brief illness. She was born in La Boca, CO on January 31, 1945 to Jesus Maria and Matilda Valdez. Antonina was preceded in death by her parents Jesus Maria and Matilda Valdez, sisters Ascencion Herrera, Belen Lucero and Lucella Valdez, brothers Alfredo, Teodoro, Jose, Felipe and Marcelino Valdez. Antonina is survived by her husband Johnny and their children: daughter Cynthia Atencio and husband Philip , of Bloomfield, their children Anthony and Andrew; daughter Crystal Jaramillo and John Gomez, their son Johnny Gomez; son Jeff Jaramillo, his son Paul; daughter Lisa Howlett and Tom Trujillo, their son James Howlett. Also surviving is her sister Crusita Martinez, brother Eliseo Valdez and wife Pauline, sister in law Frances Valdez, brother in law Frank Lucero, and many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. Antonina had many friends who will also miss her. She loved spending time with her children and grandkids, going to the casino and bingo. Pallbearers will be Philip Herrera, Tony Martinez, Paul Valdez, T.J. Valdez, Anthony Atencio, John Gomez, Matthew Lucero and Jeff Jaramillo. Honorary Pallbearers will be Philip Atencio , Andrew Atencio, Johnny Gomez, Eliseo Valdez, Luciano Herrera, Frank Lucero, James Howlett and Paul Jaramillo.
