80, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 17, 2016. She was born in Derramaders, NM on July 21, 1935 to Samuel and Marina (Apodaca) Garcia. Arabella was Socorro resident since the 1950's. She married the love of her life, Jimmy R. Pino in 1952. Arabella was a caregiver to all, she never met a stranger and she welcomed everyone into her home. She loved animals of all types and raised many as pets, including a monkey on time. She volunteered as a "classroom grandma" at the head start for many years. She had such a caring, loving, and gentle way about her. She loved to sing and her and Jimmy were quite the poker dancers back in the day. Arabella loved to sew, garden, cook and she made the best tortillas ever, in fact they were famous and requested by many, even out of towners. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Pete; and sister, Corrine; her husband, Jimmy; and her son, Orlando Pino. Arabella is survived by  her devoted children, Samuel Pino; Marina Elena Lopez and Arthur Herron; Lorenzo Pino; and Richard J. Pino and wife, Carmen; her daughter in law, Linda Pino; sisters, Juanita; Priscilla and husband, Chris; her brothers, Savio and wife, Julie; and Johnny and wife, Stella; her half sisters, Susie; Mary Lou; Arabella; and Pauline; half brothers, Jessie; and Marty; and many other loving family members. Grandma Arabella will be greatly missed by her grandchildren, Chris and Selina, Ryan and Sheila, Theresa and Jimmy Don, Charlie, Lorenzo Jr. and Missy, Tony and Cindy, Tommy, Richard III, Andrew and Caroline, Marie and David, Jaime and Carlos, and Orlando Michael and Les. She will live on in the hearts of her great and great great grandchildren. The Holy Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at 8:30 am at San Miguel Catholic Church, 403 El Camino Real, Socorro followed by the Mass of Christian Burial and Resurrection which will be celebrated at 9:00 am with Father Edgar Sanchez as celebrant. Interment will take place in the San Miguel Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers are Chris Lopez, Lorenzo Pino Jr., Tommy Pino, JD Davis, Andrew Pino, Richie Pino, Ryan Lopez Jr., and Joshua Lopez.
