Archie P Dow

Archie P. Dow Loving husband and friend went home to be with our Lord and Savior Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at the age of 80. He was born in Chilili, New Mexico to Elijah and Claudia. Archie adored his family and loved spending time with them. Archie lived in Albuquerque most of his life. He attended El Rito School was named to the All Conference Football Team. He worked as a dispatcher with Albuquerque Police Department and as a security officer with the City of Albuquerque. Archie was a huge Lobo Fan and loved to play golf. He is preceded in death by his parents Elijah and Claudia Dow, his brothers Arthur, James and Johnnie Dow. Archie is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Ramona Dow, his 4 brothers Leo Dow, Ernest Dow and wife Florence, Orlando Dow and wife Helen and Robert Dow, 5 sister-in-laws Mary Dow, Pricilla Dow, Stella Tapia, Mary Tapia, Betty Armijo, 2 brother-in-laws Carlos Tapia and Frank Tapia and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Visitations will take place at Garcia Mortuary, Friday, May 30, 2014 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm with a Rosary to follow at 7:00 pm. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at San Ignacio Catholic Church, 1300 Walter NE, Saturday, May 31, 2014 at 10:00 am with Father Carlos Gonzalez officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Calvary, Albuquerque, New Mexico . Pallbearers will be Eric Armijo, Michael Armijo Jr., Brian Chavez, Fil Martinez, Jonathan Martinez, Gary Dow. Archie will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
