Arleen Muñoz legacy lives forever. She was called home to be with her beloved husband Pete A. Muñoz Jr. June 21, 2022. We have been blessed to have such a wonderful loving Mother. She left El Monte, CA to attend Albuquerque Job Corp about 1966 and met our dad, married and started her family. Her parents Benjamin and Tillie Fraijo, older brother Benny, younger siblings Eva, Ester, Tina, Dorthy and David all kept in touch over the years. In fact she recently, went on a road trip to visit her home town.
Arleen found her career in Jewelry and became a master jeweler at Kabana, Inc. In fact she retired at 70 years young in 2017.
Our mom absolutely loved her rose bush that bloomed huge full bloom red roses yearly along with other flowers and fruit in her yard. She inherited a green thumb and regularly thanked her daddy for it. She welcomed humming birds, and lots of other birds that drank from her garden statues that she faithfully kept filled. She enjoyed sitting peacefully in her backyard listening to her collection of windchimes sing. Spring was her favorite season. She built a solid foundation and Albuquerque became home.
Our mother is our angel, a precious and priceless angel that is surrounded by her loving children, five strong children: Rebecca and Mike Chavez, Teclo and Maria Muñoz, Darleen and Adam Romero, Valentina Muñoz, Maria Muñoz; 17 grandchildren: Candice, Trina, Jessica, Alexis, Vanessa, Becca, Teclo Jr, Gary Jr, Joray, Johnny, Jerome, Max IV, Pete, Santana, Aza, Benjamin, Christopher; 22 great grandchildren: Damian Garcia-Salas, Trinity, Ayana, Alexia, Damian, Karisma, Aliza, Azeriah, Baby Ray, Joe Jr, Estevan, Isabella, Eddie Jr, Jerome Jr, Sophia, Teclo III, Luciano, JerRae, Johnny Jr, Roman, Julian, Joniah; and 1 great great grandchild Liric.
Our memories with our Queen, the woman so strong in our life, independent and beautiful will be cherished for eternity. This woman will definitely be missed until we meet again Mom we LOVE YOU.
