Armelinda Pargas

PARGAS- Armelinda Pargas, 95, born and raised in Tijeras, NM, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend, passed away peacefully and went to be with the Lord on March 7, 2011. Armelinda was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Roberto of 58 years; parents, Serafin and Josefita Gonzales and seventeen brothers and sisters. She is survived by her devoted daughter Teofilita “Tiffy”Burton and husband Bob; loving son Robert Pargas Jr. and fiancée Margaret Adams, eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren who fondly called her “Grandma P”. She enjoyed attending her family’s parties and activities. Armelinda loved to play bingo and card games with all the kids. Services will be Thursday, March 10, 2011 at 7:00 pm at Daniels Family Funeral Services, Wyoming Chapel. Funeral will be Friday, March 11, 2011 at 8:30 at Our Lady of Annunciation Parish. 2532 Vermont Street Northeast, Albuquerque, NM. Pall Bearers will be: Sean Burton, Diego Garcia, Gabino Herrera, Dan Lopez, Benny Pargas, and Tony Pargas.
