Arthur Valentin Vigil, age 77 of Rio Rancho, NM. passed away on August 30, 2021.
He was preceded in death by parents Hipolito and Virginia Vigil, brother George Vigil and sister Cecilia Vigil. He retired from the city of Los Angeles, CA. as a Civil Engineer/Hydrographer, eventually moving to Rio Rancho, NM. He is survived by his wife Nancy Vigil, and children; Bernadine Vigil, Arthur Vigil and Vincent Vigil (Yolanda), grandchildren; George Vigil, Danny Rodriguez Vigil, Adan Vigil and Vincent Vigil, Jr.; siblings, Rudolpho Vigil, Hipolito Vigil, and Frances Jordan.
Interment will be in The Santa Fe National Cemetery.
