Audilio "Audie" Tenorio

Tenorio, Audilio "Audie" Age 76, beloved father, grandfather and brother, was embraced by the Lord and taken to Eternal Life, Thursday, August 1, 2013. He was born in Corrales, NM and was a resident of Albuquerque. Audie was a proud Veteran of the United States Army. Audie was awarded the 2002 Dedicated Employee Recognition award by the state of New Mexico Second Judicial District Court; he was president of the Bailiff's Association; and a member of the American Legion Post #69. Audie took great delight in meeting new people and making them laugh. He had a passion for sports, crosswords and politics; and a boundless love for his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Julio and Candelaria Tenorio; his wife Patricia Jean (Ortiz) Tenorio. Audilio is survived by his loving daughter, Donna Bennington of Wichita, KS; two precious grandchildren, Jameson Patrick and Jillian Raquel Bennington; his brothers, Heraldo Tenorio and wife Antonia and Filimon Tenorio and wife Rosemary; as well as many other relatives and a host of friends. Audie will be greatly missed by all. A Rosary will be recited Friday, August 9, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 5712 Paradise Blvd NW, Albuquerque. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, August 10, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. also at the Church. Entombment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Urn Bearers will be Heraldo Tenorio, Filimon Tenorio, Richard "Ritter" Lucero and Dean Campbell.
