Aurora Naranjo

Naranjo, Aurora 78, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 17, 2012 at her home in Socorro, NM surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Socorro, NM on August 28, 1933, to Juan and Josefita (Saiz) Lucero. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, George, her parents, her sister, Lola Montano, and her brothers, Johnny and Tony Lucero. Aurora is survived by her loving daughters, Carleen Trujillo and husband, Chuck; and Bernadette Gonzales and her husband, Salomon Sr.; her devoted son, Christopher Naranjo; her loving sisters, Ellen Padilla, Stella Castillo, and Susie Gallagher; her loving brother, Gilbert Lucero; her grandchildren, Sal Jr. and Ronnie Gonzales, Michael G. and Alex C. Trujillo, and Christina Edrington; great grandchildren; Alexis, Ryan,Vincent,Tristan and Grayson Gonzales, and Lianee, Christopher G., Desiree and Bethaney Edrington. Aurora was a avid Raiders Football fan and enjoyed watching ESPN. Her main passion and pride and joy were her grandchildren and great grandchildren. A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at 8:30 am at the San Miguel Catholic Church followed by a Mass of the Resurrection at 9:00 am with Father Andrew Pavlak as Celebrant. A graveside interment will be held on Friday, June 22, 2012 at 9:00 am in the San Miguel Catholic Cemetery. Aurora's care has been entrusted to: Daniels Family Funeral Services
