Austa Darlene (Shallenberger) Morris

Austa Darlene (Shallenberger)Morris went to Heaven on January 5, 2024 at her home surrounded by family. 

She was born September 1, 1953 in Cortland, Ohio to parents Alice Louise Huscroft and Austin Duane Shellenberger.

Mrs. Morris and her family moved from Pennsylvania to New Mexico in 2022 prior to living in El Paso, Texas.

Austa married Carl Morris on December 29, 1999.   She is survived by her husband, son Justin and daughter in law, Rosa Morris as well as her three step children, Scott, Chris, and Corie Morris. 

Her greatest love was her family including her grandchildren: Camron, Candice, Stephany, Yeimy, Linda, and Abby.  She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Austa was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and loved doing family history. 

A public visitation will take place on Monday January 29, 2024 at Daniels Family Funeral Services Sara Chapel 4310 Sara rd Rio Rancho, NM 87124. A funeral service will be begin at 11:00am also in the chapel. Interment will follow at Vista Verde Memorial Park in Rio Rancho, NM.
