Avelina Evelyn"" Apodaca

APODACA- Avelina "Evelyn" Apodaca, age 81, beloved mother, grandmother and sister, went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, October 22, 2009. She was born on January 16, 1928 in Chilili, NM and was a resident of Albuquerque, where she was a member of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jose "Joe" Apodaca in 2004. Evelyn is survived by her loving children, Robert and wife Arcadia, Larry and fianc�?©e Theresa, Anthony and wife Loretta, Michael and wife Anne, Maryann Silva and husband Richard and Dorothy Apodaca; 18 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are her brothers and sisters, Carlos Montoya, Tony Montoya and wife Vera, Roy, Albert, and John Montoya, Victoria Armijo and husband Ernest and Sylvia Garcia and husband Lorenzo; and other numerous relatives and friends. Evelyn will be greatly missed by all. Casket Bearers will be Roberto Apodaca, Rick Winters, Nestor Montoya, Johnny Montoya, Estevan Romero and Mark Garcia.
