Barbara "Bobbie" Pollay

Pollay, Barbara Louise
Age 79, passed away peacefully Saturday, June 3, 2017. She was born in Rural-Orange County, NJ on August 28, 1937, to Walter and Frances Edwards Hubold. She was employed with Amrep. Corp. from 1971 to 1993 and also worked with The Chamber of Commerce as a Sales Rep. in Rio Rancho, NM. She loved the outdoors, Hot Air Ballooning, and she loved being by the water, and in 1993 she relocated to Elephant Butte, NM, where for a few years she ran the Marina Hotel. Barbara loved life and lived her life to the fullest. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 49 years, William I. Pollay, and daughters, Karen Ann Pollay and Denise Ann Jakymiw. Barbara is survived by her daughter, Robin Farley; eight grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren. Cremation has taken place and she will be laid to rest with her beloved husband, William at the Santa Fe National Cemetery. No services are scheduled at this time.
