A service celebrating the life of Barbara House Lawless will be held on Friday, April 22, 2016 at Asbury United Methodist Church, 10000 Candelaria Blvd. NE at 2:00 pm, with reception to follow.
Barbara attended Highland High School in Albuquerque and graduated from the University of New Mexico where she was an active member of the Town club. She loved music and enjoyed singing. Barbara loved to travel and especially enjoyed many journeys in Europe.
Following marriage she lived in Alison Park, PA. She leaves a son Nolan Lawless of Medicine Park, OK and daughter, Colleen Lawless of Thousands Oaks, CA and Adrienne Lawless of Albuquerque, NM. Also surviving are her mother, Patricia J. House of Albuquerque, brother, Douglas House and his wife, Elena of Albuquerque and sister-in-law Nancy House of Crescent, IA. Barbara was predeceased by her father, Ernest House and her brother, Mark House. She will be sorely missed by friends, family and all who experienced her delightful sense of humor and joyful spirit.
