Bart Allen Jaqua

Bart Allen Jaqua of Farmington, NM passed away unexpectedly on April 20, 2009 in a motorcycle accident. He was born in Houston, Tx. on May 23, 1975 to Gary and Sandy Jaqua. His father, Gary Edward Jaqua, preceded him in death. He is survived by his parents Mike and Sandy Campbell, his daughter, Teagan Jaqua, and her mother, Sara Proctor of Farmington, N.M. He is also survived by his brothers Scott and Clay Jaqua of Farmington and brother Jason Campbell of Starkville, MS, sister Kari Garrett of Avondale, AZ, and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. In lieu of flowers, a Donation Account has been established at Four Corners Community Bank on behalf of his daughter, Teagan Jaqua.
