Bessie loved spending time with her family. She loved to travel with Gary and her kids, exploring new places, swimming, playing board games and having fun. Some of her favorite times were the afternoon lunches with her sisters, winning at the casino, singing karaoke, listening to Spanish music, going to concerts, sitting outside with family listening to her uncles sing, teasing her brothers, cooking delicious food, carving pumpkins with her kids and nieces and nephews and hanging out with friends making fun of them all, but of course, out of love and laughter. Oh how she loved to hug her Grandbabies. She had a heart of gold and could not bear children, but was an amazing mother to the children she called her own.
