Betty Lee Cummings

CUMMINGS -- Betty Lee, a long time resident of Albuquerque, passed away on June 14, 2009. She is survived by sons, John J. and wife Ruth and their children Elizabeth and John James, Kevin and wife Cindy and their children Kevin Jr. and Grace, all of Albuquerque and Tim and wife Jane and their children Emma, Mary, Catherine and Sarah of Colorado Springs; sisters Joan Mackey and Barbara Wise, and brother Alan Mackey all of Wichita; and many relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband John in 2005; and by three brothers. Betty was born on October 15, 1936, in Danville, Kansas to Stella and Jerry Mackey and graduated from Sacred Heart Academy in Wichita, Kansas. She was active in and was President of Casa Angelica Auxiliary. She was also active in several other organizations and was an avid bridge player.
