Betty Jean Smith

Smith, Betty Jean (Fauque) 85, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to many, passed away August 19, 2014. She was born in Shelby, Montana on March 16, 1929 to John and Selina (Saindon) Fauque. She was preceded in death by her brother, Verne Fauque, her parents and her grandson Joshua Smith. She is survived by her three children, Kathi Perry, husband Michael and their daughter Ashley of Albuquerque, NM Gregory Smith, wife Linda and their son Jacob and daughter Adison of Anchorage AK, Randal Smith, wife Jennifer and their daughter Chelsea of San Diego, CA, and great grandchildren Joshua Gregory Smith, and Marley James Spafford. Betty passionately loved her family. She enjoyed playing bridge, dancing, playing piano, singing, music in general, traveling and friends. She was a very kind, compassionate, loving person, who will be missed very much. A funeral mass is planned for Friday, August 22, 2014 at 1:00pm at the Risen Savior, 7701 Wyoming Blvd, NE Albuquerque, NM.
