Billy Wayne Kammerer

Kammerer, Billy Wayne Age 63, passed away Thursday, January 5, 2012. Mr. Kammerer was born on July 23, 1948 to Floyd and Frankie (Koonce) of Brenham, Texas. Mr. Kammerer served in the US Navy. After his military service, he was a train conductor and engineer. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Mr. Kammerer was preceded in death by his wife, Kristi. He is survived by his daughters, Mindi Danielle Copeland, and Jacob Langley, of Rio Rancho, NM, and Elizabeth Vay Blevins and husband, Brian, of Isleta, NM; son-in-law, Mike Copeland; stepdaughters, Katie and Matt, Kelly; grandchildren, Nicholas and Britani Copeland and Tyler and Aidan Blevins; step-grandchildren, Donavan, Mia, Angelo, and Destiny; siblings, Floyd Kammerer, Jr., Jim Reed, Tom Kammerer, Walt Kammerer, and JoAnn Kammerer. A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 noon, Saturday, January 14, 2012, at VFW Hall, Post 5890, 76 Unser Boulevard NE, Rio Rancho, NM.
