Brandy Leger

Brandy “Butterfly” Leger passed away in Rio Rancho, New Mexico on December 23, 2020 at the age of 41.

Brandy is survived by her mother, Lorraine Martinez of Las Vegas, New Mexico; brother, Nathan Dominguez of Santa Fe, New Mexico; daughter, Leeandra Ledoux of Rio Rancho, New Mexico; son, Joseph Encinias of Rio Rancho, New Mexico; fiancée, Gary Pino of Rio Rancho, New Mexico; her beloved dog, Luna; and many other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her father, John Cordova; her grandmother, Mary Martinez; her grandfather, Joe S. Martinez and her cousin, Jill Alderete.

Brandy was born on August 12, 1979 in San Miguel County to Lorraine Martinez and John Cordova. She graduated from Roberson High School and attended Highlands University.

She loved her family, she loved to cook and her plants. She was especially happy to love all her family and friends who came into her life. She gave back to her community and was a member at Sagebrush Church and really loved Pastor Todd. She was very happy to have Pastor James and other members of church in her house to pray with her. Thank you to all her friends, family, church, and other organizations for the support.

GOD grand me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00am on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at Sagebrush Church in Albuquerque.
