Brenda Lea Salas

Salas, Brenda Lea Age 29, was embraced by our Lord and taken to eternal life on April 20, 2014. She was born October 29, 1984 in Albuquerque, NM. Brenda is survived by her parents Anthony and Julie Salas; daughter Briana Nicole Sanders; son Erik Walker; sister Veronica Garcia (James); brothers Aaron Salas (Destiny) and Eddie Dougger; grandparents Leroy Salas (Nancy) and Dolores Ortiz; great-grandfather John Ortiz. She is also survived by two nephews; four nieces; numerous uncles, aunts and cousins. She was preceded in death by her great grandparents Aaron and Dora Salas; grandparents Tobias and Lucy Gurule; great-grandmother Jennie Ortiz; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Brenda will be greatly missed by family and friends. A Rosary will be recited Saturday, September 27, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Memorial Mass at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 301 South Camino del Pueblo, Bernalillo, NM. Inurnment follows at Our Lady of Sorrows Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Aaron, Eddie, James, and John Lee. Honorary Pallbearers will be Isaiah, Adam, Eugeane, Christ, Manny, and Jacob.
