Brian C. Alexander

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved son and brother, Brian C. Alexander, who passed away December 9, 2023, in Albuquerque, NM.

Brian is survived by his parents, Phil and Wanda Alexander of Bosque Farms, NM; sisters, Denise Alexander of Corpus Christi, TX (Robert Coonrod) and Marcy Aquilar of Albuquerque, NM (Tony, Madison, Acen, and Alex); Aunt Nelda Spradlin of Show Low, AZ.

Brian was born in Albuquerque and resided in this area his entire life. Brian graduated from La Cueva High School where he was a starting member of La Cueva’s first Football State Championship team. He graduated from University of New Mexico with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology with a minor in Criminology.

After college, Brian worked for State Farm Insurance Co. as a claims adjuster for several years before becoming a State Farm Insurance Agent in Los Lunas, NM. Becoming a State Farm Insurance Agent was a lifelong goal of Brian’s.

A few of the favorite things that Brian enjoyed was farming with his father, country dancing and his “small” farm in Los Chavez, NM. Brian often sought solace in the beautiful New Mexico sunsets.

Brian’s great smile, sense of humor, and quick wit will be missed by all who knew him.

A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, December 16, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Daniels Family Funeral Services, 3113 Carlisle Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM. Interment to follow at 12:30 PM at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM.
