Brian Eugene Wells

Brian Eugene Wells, age 66 years old, of Albuquerque, NM., passed away on the morning of Monday, March 2, 2020. 

Memorial services will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, March 13, at Daniels Wyoming Chapel, 7601 Wyoming Blvd, NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109. Arrangements have been made by Brian's family and Daniel's Family Funeral Services. 

Brian, "Bompa" or "Big B", was born on September 5, 1953 in Fort Sumner, NM to Fred and Billie Wells.  He was one of four children, brothers David and Danny and sister Becky.  The Wells' lived in Artesia, NM, where Brian was an avid boy Scout, played baseball and loved to fish.  At the age of 13, his family moved to Albuquerque where he later graduated from  Manzano High School.  Brian's life long career as an insurance salesman, a staff manager, and a district manager was proved with his 31 years of service with American National Insurance Company and a great number of honors and awards. 

Brian is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Billie Wells. 

Brian is survived by former wife Gloria Wells:, son Matthew (Kylee) Wells, son Adam Wells, daughter Melissa (Erik) Rutland, Daughter Jennifer and (Neil)Stagen: Brother Danny and (Carrie) Wells, Brother David (Dana) Wells, Sister Becky (Mark) Colman:  Grandchildren Deja Marquez-Wells and fiancee Joshua Belmontes, Darian Marquez-Wells, Noah and Ryan Rutland, Mischa Wells, Emma and Josh Stagen, Allison and Logan Wells: Great-Grandchild MavisRose Marquez-Belmontes.  He also leaves behind many loved nieces, nephews, friends and former coworkers.
