Brooklyn I. Flores

Age 14 months, was surrounded by her loving family when she passed away Saturday, August 25, 2012. She was born in Albuquerque on June 30, 2011 to Jose Santos and Lizelle Ann (Jordan) Flores. Brooklyn fought a valiant battle with cancer from the time she was only a few weeks old. She still shared her happy disposition with her family even though she had to endure many medical procedures to aid in her fight with cancer. Brooklyn is survived by her parents, Jose and Lizelle, and her sisters and brother, Alexia, Julian and Maritza, all of whom will miss the special place that Brooklyn had in their hearts and home. A Service of Remembrance will be held at 10:00 am, Thursday, August 30, 2012 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Los Lunas Stake Center at 106 James Street, Los Lunas, NM 87031 with Bishop Kevin Kinghorn conducting. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Park, 700 Yale Blvd at Avenida Cesar Chavez in Albuquerque.
