Byron "Bruce" Wright

Byron "Bruce" Wright  passed away June 10 , 2018 in Albuquerque, NM.  He was born December 7, 1940 In Trinidad, Colorado to Jesse C Wright and Edna Knighton Wright. He graduated from Pueblo Centennial High School. and attended Pueblo Junior College before joining the Army 82nd Airborne Division.  He was in the Army from February 1963 to February 1966.

 He was employed by the Gallup Veterans Transition Center for 19 years.

Bruce was a loving uncle and friend. He was generous to those around him and he had a terrific sense of humor.  He liked talking to pretty ladies, sports, music, computers, and cars.  He was Christian , a Republican and a New York Yankees fan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Edna. two sisters Myrna Jaycox and LaVona Sabott.  He is survived by his niece Sherry Drew of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and his nephew Kerry Sabott of Pueblo Colorado. 

His family would like to thank the many people who helped care for him.  He will be remembered fondly. 

There will be no services for Bruce. Memorial Contributions may be made to St Judes.
