Carmen Mora

Carmen Mora, age 76, went to be with our Lord and Savior Wednesday, August 17, 2011. She was born August 19, 1934 to Max and Isabelita Gonzales in Yrisarri, NM. Carmen is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Mike Mora; daughters, Cathy Garcia and husband George, Jeanette Barajas and boyfriend David; son, Herman Mora and wife Alice; granddaughters, Victoria Garcia and boyfriend Jim, AnAlicia Mora; grandsons, James Garcia and wife Gretchen, Gabriel Barajas and wife Laura, and Derick Barajas; great-grandchildren, Senna, Keane Rio and Florent Garcia; sisters, Lucarita Baca, Lucy Melo, Grace Lerma and husband Frank; brothers, Edwin Gonzales and wife Margaret, Leroy Garcia and wife Barbara; special friend, Mary Duneman and many cousins, friends and relatives. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. Carmen was a Devout Catholic, and care taker for everyone. She brought joy to everyone in her life. A Visitation and reciting of the Rosary will take place at Saint Therese of the Infant Jesus Catholic Church, 300 Mildred Ave. NW on Sunday, August 21, 2011, from 5:00 p.m to 6:00 p.m. followed by the Rosary at 6:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, August 22, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. also at Saint Therese of the Infant Jesus Catholic Church; Interment will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers are, Victoria Garcia, James Garcia, AnAlicia Mora, Gabriel Barajas, Derick Barajas and Leroy Garcia. Honorary pallbearers are Edwin Gonzales and Keane Rio Garcia.
