Carol Sparks, age 82, passed away Monday, March 23, 2020. She was born in Burlington, IA on February 28, 1938, to Barbara Jane Howe and Daniel B. Howe.
Carol attended Burlington High. She went on to marry James Richard Sparks. Carol was a teachers aid and loved line dancing and events coordinating. She attended Los Altos Christian Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. Carol is survived by her son, David Sparks of Albuquerque, NM.
