Cecilia R. Estrada

Estrada, Cecilia R. Age 84, beloved and devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend, went to meet her Master our Lord; her husband Eloy; and her parents Rebecco and Frutosa Romero, Sunday, January 22, 2012. She was born in Sabinosa, NM and was a resident of Las Vegas, NM. Also to welcome Cecilia to her heavenly home were her brothers, Tobias, Manuel, Nick and Celso; sisters, Isabelina and Aurora. Cecilia is survived by her loving children, Joe of Las Vegas, NM, Albert of Dodge City KS, Gloria and companion Ernesto of Albuquerque; her precious grandchildren, Chris (Linda), Kim (Orlando), Valerie, Joseph, Matthew, Jason and Stephanie; her great-grandchildren, Marcos, Briana, Lourdes, Alyssandra and Eric; and the loves of her life, Angelo and Mariana. Also surviving are her brothers, Pedro of Trujillo, NM, Alfredo of Denver, CO, Luis of Dodge City, KS, Carlos of Hereford, TX; sisters, Angela of Tucumcari, NM, Ida and Tomasita of Las Vegas, NM; brother-in-laws, Donaciano, Eduardo; sister-in-law, Frances; and other numerous relatives and friends. Cecilia will be greatly missed by her loving family and by those whose hearts she touched. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 25, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 9502 Fourth Street NW, where a Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Final viewing will be Thursday morning from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. in the Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services - Alameda Mortuary, 9420 Fourth Street NW. Service of Christian Burial will be Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 11:15 a.m. Casket Bearers will be Marvin Estrada, Don Estrada, Joe Madrid, Herman Romero, Archie Romero and Diego Quintana.
