Cecilia E. Vigil

The Lord called His daughter Cecilia Santistevan Vigil to His heavenly kingdom on May 3, 20l6. She was born in Costilla, NM on March 12, 1928. Cecilia was a life long resident in Taos, NM.  She is preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Felix W. Vigil; parents, Juan de los Reyes and Rebecca Santistevan; sister, Theresa Romero and grandson Nathan Weatherfield.
  
Cecilia is survived by her 9 children and their spouses, Isabel Vigil, Irene Weatherfield (Craig), Patricia Martinez (Manuel), Rebecca Vigil-Gutierrez (Tom), Rita Fresquez (David), Helen Lay (Dan), Ray Vigil (Wendy), William Vigil (Sally) and Matt Vigil (Heather).  She is also survived by her grandchildren Anna Leah Cunico, Christine Vigil, Jolene Vigil, Maria Esquibel, Amanda Fresquez, Vanessa Campbell, Joey Weatherfield, Danny Ruck, Ryan Ruck, Andy Giron, Patrick Martinez, Gregory Martinez, Aaron Vigil; great grandchildren, Angelica, Lia and Kiana Vigil, Avyana and Eva Cecilia Gallegos, Marcus and Kamila Esquibel.

The funeral will be held Friday,May 13th at the Shrine of St. Bernadette,11509 Indian School
Road, NE, Albuquerque ,NM. Rosary at 8:30 am funeral to follow at 9:00 am. . In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
