Charlene Smith

SMITH-Charlene Smith, 49, of Bloomfield, passed away at her home Friday, February 20, 2009. She was born May 18, 1959 in Farmington, to Joe and Edna Valdez. Charlene was preceded in death by her older brother, Joseph Valdez and sister, Amanda McDonald. She is survived by her loving husband, Clarence (Eddie) Smith; and two sons, CJ and wife Krystle, and Cory and his fiance, Briana, all of Farmington; her parents, Joe and Edna Valdez of Farmington; mother-in-law, Irene Cross of Hobbs; brother, Jake Valdez and wife Janette, of Farmington; two brothers-in-law and four sisters-in-law; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends. Pallbearers will be Patrick Herrera, Raymond Smith, Teddie Smith, Remy Herrera, Brian Farrell, Joey Smith-McDonald and Charlie Hicks. Honorary Pallbearers will be Mandos Herrera, Willie Herrera and Adam Stacy, and all her loving family and friends. Charlene is in the care of: Brewer, Lee & Larkin Funeral Home 103 E.
