BARBER - Charles Vincent Barber, 28, suddenly passed away Monday, July 13, 2009. He was born to Charles and Karen Barber, February 4, 1981 in Tacoma, Washington. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Barber in 2001. He is survived by his mother, Karen Barber; his sisters, Dr. Anita D. Barber and Natalie M. Bush (Jon); his niece, Sofia L. Bush; his maternal grandmother, Mildred Vosburg, and many loving aunts and uncles.
