Chase (Chasey) Tyler Altman, 4 years old, born Jan. 6, 2006 in Farmington, NM passed from this life, Thursday, Jan. 7, 2010, in Denver, CO. Chasey was born to loving parents, Waddy and Tiffany Altman. His beautiful big brother Ashton Altman. His favorite times were playing with his cars, Lightening Mc Queen and Mater, his monster trucks, camping, and loved bicycle riding, especially when Papa was doing all the pedaling. Spiderman was a favorite hero. But most of all Chasey loved playing with his best friend, big brother Ashton. He enjoyed his music. His favorite songs were Black Betty, Life is a Highway, and anything from the Chipmunks. Chasey was a little boy with a true heart of gold. He was very strong willed, opinionated and demanding when need be. He had a wonderful way of being playfully ornery. To meet him was to love him. Chasey leaves behind his parents, Waddy and Tiffany Altman; his brother, Ashton Altman; his grandparents, Gary and Carla Ward, Bruce and Teesie Altman; great-grandparents, Amador and Irene Gonzales, Eugene and Phyllis Ward, Kenneth Altman, and Essie Bell; uncles, Timothy Ward, Ian Altman, Brian Saiz; great uncles and aunts, Ilene Saiz, Alvin (Roseanne) Gonzales, Barbara (Doug) Simmons, Andy (Marla) Gonzales, Diane (Bob) Guiterrez, Mike (Dawn) Ward, Jerry Altman; cousins, Travis, Coty, Kelsey, Andrew, Audrey, Mallory, Amy, Willie, Kayla, Derrian, and many more great-great aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends. Chase’s services will be held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 500 N. Mesa Verde, Aztec, NM. Rosary will be at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 14. Mass will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, Jan. 15. The celebrant is Father Joe Blonski. Pallbearers will be Timothy Ward, Brian Saiz, Bruce Altman, Travis Kleinhans, and Coty Kleinhans. Honorary pallbearers are Amador Gonzales, Alvin Gonzales, Doug Simmons, Ian Altman Mr. Altman's care has been entrusted to: Cope Memorial Chapel 405 S. Main Ave. (505) 334-9332.
