Chavez Chatto

Chavez Chatto was born into the Bitter Water Clan and born for the Mescalero Apache People Clan. Chatto served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam Conflict. Survivors include his borhters, Dodge Chatto, Clyde Chatto, Wallace Chatto, all of Pinehill, New Mexico, Gene Chatto of Winslow, Arizona; sisters include Florence Chatto, Mae Chatto, and Isabelle Chatto, all of Pinehill, New Mexico. Chatto is preceded in death by his sister, Lucy Garcia, his brother, Willie Chatto, his father, John Chatto, and his mother, Dorothy Pino. Pallbearers include Leslie Jake, Marvin Begay, Torrance Maria, Dodge Chatto, Laffy D. Pino, Darwin Chee, Kevin Chatto, and Jose Phillips. Cope Memorial Chapel is in charge of services.
