Chris H. Mendez

Chris H. Mendez – was born on June 15, 1934. He is survived by his wife Lupe Mendez, one son David Salas and wife Patricia, three daughters Lorraine Ramirez and husband Nick (Tacho), Cynthia Mendez and partner Ron, Bernadine Mendez and partner Vangie, one brother Luis Mendez, His grandchildren are all going to miss their Tata he has 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren along with many nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his son Jay Dee Mendez, a brother Frank Mendez, and his parents Francisco and Martina Mendez.  He was a great outdoors man and avid sports fan. He played and coached many sports. He will be forever missed by his family and friends, and by his fur babies Peanut and Rollie.

Services will be held on Thursday, December 22, 2016. Rosary will 9:30am followed by mass at 10:00am at Our Lady of Fatima, 4020 Lomas Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, burial will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Reception to follow at Moose Lodge, 2121 Edith Blvd. NE.
